Full exhibition halls, expert talks, and hands-on technology: COPARTS’ “Profi Service Tage 2025” in Frankfurt were a resounding success. Right in the middle of it all: RADFEX, which celebrated its premiere as a new member of the CAR1 family and successfully demonstrated why it is the fastest mechanical wheel lift on the market.
Live demo makes a strong case: Mechanical ingenuity instead of complicated electronics
At the very well-attended CAR1 exhibition stand, visitors were able to experience how innovation and established sales go hand in hand. Thousands of trade visitors took the opportunity to try out the RADFEX bike lift.
A particular highlight of the presentation was the demonstration of the locking function. “Normally, a mechanic has to laboriously lift the wheel off the tower,” explains Sven Brust, founder of SVENTEC GmbH.
Using the fixing function, he simply drives the RADFEX up to the tower, fixes the support arms at the appropriate height, and tips the wheel directly onto the lift. No strenuous lifting is required. The back is protected during every single preparation and work step.
A demonstration that was a complete success: visitors were fascinated by how easy and efficient changing a wheel can be when the mechanics are perfectly thought out.
It was impressive to see how much the visitors appreciate innovative tools that make everyday work noticeably easier. The speed and ease of mechanical operation in particular generated real enthusiasm in practical use. We will take the valuable input and constructive suggestions for improvement from the personal discussions as inspiration for our further development.

Evolution V6: Safety and compactness in detail
The V6 version presented in Frankfurt is the result of consistent user feedback. Thanks to the design being shortened by 5 cm, the lift is now even easier to slide under low vehicle fronts. In addition, significant investments have been made in occupational safety:
- Jam protection: A new cover at the head of the lift protects the operator’s fingers.
- Stop rubber: Prevents the wheel from turning unintentionally on the roller.
- Rim protection: Offset side support rollers ensure that aluminum rims do not come into contact with metal parts.
Outlook: Quality as the top priority
The trade fair in Frankfurt emphasized the successful cooperation between SVENTEC GmbH and COPARTS. As an integral part of the CAR1 product range, RADFEX is now available to all COPARTS customers across the board.
The focus for the future is clearly defined: quality over quantity. Sven Brust has set himself an ambitious goal for 2026: to reduce the already low complaint rate of less than three percent to a maximum of one percent. With a sales target of at least 250 units, the longevity of the product remains the top priority.
